Jeffrey Herlings wins British Championship in Canada Heights
Jeffrey Herlings of the Red Bull KTM Factory team has won the second race of the British Championship in Canada Heights. Herlings had a good rhythm on the circuit in both heats and managed to control both the first and second heats.
Herlings is starting to get into his rhythm again and immediately showed this in time practice. He managed to set a very fast lap and with a difference of four seconds on the second man, he captured pole position.
Herlings wasted no time in both heats either. He set a strong pace and managed to build up a large lead over the competition in both the first and second heats. Both times he won with a difference of more than thirty seconds and took the day’s victory!
Herlings remains in the lead in the standings of the British Championship and has managed to further expand his lead in the standings. This weekend the eighth race of the world championship is scheduled for Herlings in Teutschenthal, Germany.
